Clients may choose from various coaching sessions, and payment details are outlined in the agreement. Cancellation policies and the coach’s commitment to rescheduling missed sessions are specified.
Medium to Connect:
Clients choose the preferred medium for coaching sessions, whether through internet meetings or in-person sessions at a mutually agreed location.
Intellectual Property:
Any intellectual property provided by the coach remains the coach’s sole property, including copyrights, patents, and trade secrets associated with coaching.
Confidentiality:
The coaching relationship adheres to confidentiality principles, as outlined in the ICF Code of Ethics. The coach will not disclose client information without written consent.
