I often use a variety of well-known techniques and frameworks to help my clients reach their goals, address limiting beliefs, and improve their overall well-being.
Here are some popular techniques that have specified names and are commonly used in my energy healing approach;

Belief Work

Identifies and shifts limiting beliefs stored in the subconscious mind. Replaces negative beliefs with positive, empowering ones to foster personal growth and healing.

Feeling Download

Instills positive feelings and emotions that may be missing or blocked, such as self-love, joy, and peace, allowing clients to experience these new feelings deeply and integrate them into their lives.

Digging Technique

A process of uncovering the root cause of an issue by digging through layers of beliefs and emotions to identify the original source of a problem or trauma, enabling deep healing.

DNA Activation

Activates spiritual and physical DNA to enhance vitality, intuition, and the body’s healing abilities. This technique is believed to awaken dormant aspects of the self to support growth and healing.

Manifestation Work

Focuses on removing subconscious blocks to help clients manifest their goals, desires, and abundance. Aligns beliefs and actions with desired outcomes for a more empowered life.

Soul Fragment Retrieval

Retrieves lost or fragmented aspects of the soul caused by trauma, emotional wounds, or life events, and reintegrates them to restore wholeness and emotional well-being.

Clearing Resentments, Rejections, and Regrets

Helps release deep-seated negative emotions such as resentment, rejection, and regret, which can limit personal growth, relationships, and emotional freedom.

Seven Planes of Existence Meditation

A spiritual framework that explores seven planes of existence (spiritual dimensions). This meditation helps deepen the client’s spiritual connection and expands their consciousness.

Energy Clearing

Clears negative energy, blockages, and limiting beliefs from the body and aura, restoring balance and alignment in the client’s energy system for improved health and emotional well-being.

Ancestral Healing

Works on clearing inherited limiting beliefs, traumas, or patterns from the family lineage. Helps release ancestral baggage and restore emotional and spiritual harmony.

Genetic Belief Work

Focuses on healing beliefs and patterns that are inherited genetically, such as fears, phobias, and unresolved family issues, which may have been passed down through generations.

Future Reading

A technique where the Theta Healer connects with the future to help clients gain insight and clarity about upcoming events, choices, and paths to take for desired outcomes.

Divine Timing

Aligns the client’s actions with divine timing to ensure they are in sync with the universal flow and the right opportunities present themselves at the perfect moment.

Healing the Broken Soul

What is life coaching?

Life coaching is the process of transforming one’s life from insight into action.

How does life coaching work?

First we look at where you are, and determine where you want to get to. Once we know the destination, then we look at what is stopping you getting there, and how we can move you forward.

I use a variety of tools and techniques including but not limited to Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behaviourial Therapy (CBT) and the TGROW coaching model. I also draw from my rich life experience from my days as an entrepreneur, addiction recovery, as well as the extensive coaching and personal development work I’ve done myself.

What’s the difference between life coaching and therapy?

Therapy is more focused on mental health, and transforming dysfunctional behaviours into functional ones. It tends to involve a lot of focus on the past.

Life Coaching, however, is more focused on moving forward and creating your future. Imagine you are in a car at point A. The process of my coaching is about determining where point B is for you, helping you determine the best route to get there, and seeing if there are any blockages in the engine of the car (such as limiting beliefs).

There may be some overlap with certain therapy and life coaching styles such as exploring your psyche. My life coaching tends to only revisit the past in an almost surgical way of rewriting old core beliefs, whereas therapy tends to focus exclusively on the past.

It should be stressed that life coaching is not a replacement for professional psychological help. If you believe you are suffering from mental health issues, you should first speak to your doctor as a first port of call.

Do you work face-to-face or over the phone? Is there a difference?

I offer both at present. There isn’t any difference in the quality of session I have found.

If it is a psychological or mental health issue, you should first refer them to a medical or psychological professional.

If it is a psychological or mental health issue, you should first refer them to a medical or psychological professional.

If you believe they would really benefit from coaching, know that I can only work with them if they are willing to work with me. Most likely, they are not ready for coaching yet if you are having to book the consultation for them.

Instead, it may be better for you to focus on your life and your issues to avoid becoming codependent with trying to fix the person you are trying to help (this is especially true if they have an addiction).

Do you work with people under 18?

We are offering teen mentoring program with their parents/guardian permission, and subject to my Coaching Agreement, yes.
